Don’t call the mental health helpline in Arizona.

Something every therapist tells their patients. Call me. Not the helpline, no matter what, do not call the helpline. For some reason, my brain is focused on that line. It wasn’t something out of the ordinary to hear in the mental health space. Meetings and chat rooms all echoed that line.
